Cally Martinez
Cally grew up in Lusk, Wyoming. She earned her bachelor's degree in behavioral science and health from the University of Utah in 2009, and graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2012. Cally then went into private practice and was a part-time prosecutor for the Niobrara County Attorney's Office as well as working part-time for Young Williams performing child support enforcement. In 2018, Cally began working as a Municipal Judge for the City of Casper. In February 2024, Cally accepted a position with the Wyoming Attorney General's Office representing the Department of Workforce Services.

Stephanie Sneesby
Stephanie was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. In 1999, she graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in 1999 from Texas State University. Following graduation, Stephanie went to work in Denver, Colorado in technical sales as an account manager for multiple large oilfield service companies. She attended the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law at night while working full-time and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2006. Stephanie then began working as a landman, obtaining leases, researching mineral title, performing due diligence for acquisitions and divestures, and negotiating and drafting various agreements for uranium and oil and gas companies. In 2022, Stephanie began working as an Associate for Beatty and Wozniak, P.C., focusing on oil and gas regulatory and transactional matters. In August 2022, Stephanie accepted a position with the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office, primarily serving as counsel for the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.

Darby Clark
Darby was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Wyoming in 2017 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2024. After graduation, Darby clerked for Williams, Porter, Day & Neville, P.C. before joining the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office. In her spare time, Darby enjoys all things crafting, watching reality television, and hiking with her Bergamasco Sheepdog, Jet.
