Travis J. Kirchhefer

A lifetime Wyomingite, Travis received his Bachelor of Arts, History, from the University of Wyoming in 2004. As an undergraduate, Travis was active in speech and debate, theatre, and student government. Travis received his J.D. in 2007 from the University of Wyoming College of Law. While at the University of Wyoming, Travis served as the Domestic Violence Legal Assistant Student Director from 2006-2007, and was honored in 2007 as the Outstanding Student Lawyer for his pro bono services by the Wyoming State Bar. Since coming to work for the Wyoming Attorney General, Travis' practice has specialized in health law including compliance, privacy and security, mental health, and disability services. Travis regularly presents on these topics at conferences and bar events. Travis remains involved in the community where he serves as a board member and active participant in productions with the Cheyenne Little Theatre Players. He also enjoys music, art, and traveling with his partner, RJ.
